The Downtown Community Planning Council (DCPC) is a 100% volunteer-led advisory board that represents homeowners, renters, business owners, and community organizations in Downtown San Diego. We partner with the City of San Diego to ensure public input drives decisions around development, infrastructure, housing, and community investment.
As a recognized Community Planning Group (CPG) under City Council Policy 600-24, DCPC reviews proposed developments, land use changes, and policies affecting Downtown. Our recommendations are forwarded to the City as part of the formal planning process.
Whether you're a longtime resident, a new neighbor, or a Downtown business owner — you have a voice, and we want to hear it.
Meetings are open to the public. All are welcome to attend and participate in person or online.
