Subcommittees

DCPC operates standing and ad hoc subcommittees to support its work. Subcommittee recommendations are brought to the full board for a formal vote at a noticed public meeting.

Design Review

Reviews development and design proposals and provides community input at an early stage. This forum helps developers and their design teams hear community concerns during the design process.

Downtown Community Plan Update

Reviews and provides recommendations on updates to the Downtown Community Plan and related Municipal Code amendments.

Communications

Increases the visibility and impact of DCPC through the website, social media, newsletter, and community outreach.

Elections

Plans and administers the annual board elections.

Established as needed for specific time-limited issues. Ad hoc subcommittees are disbanded once their review is complete.
